Prince Edward Island Potatoes are packaged to standards set by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Grades are
based on size, shape, maturity, freedom from dirt, blemishes and disease. Only a small percentage of
defects are tolerated. Potatoes are not graded for cooking quality. Grades are as follows:

September 15th.
