Cacio e Pepe Potato Gratin
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium saucepan, add pepper, butter, cream and milk. Heat until butter is melted and mixture is bubbling. Add 1 cup parmesan cheese.
Add thinly sliced potatoes (standing up) to a large baking dish.
Pour cream mixture over potatoes, cover and bake until potatoes are tender.
Uncover, top with remaining cheese and bake until top is golden brown and bubbling.
